Netsync Network Solutions Cisco ISE - Lead Consultant in Dallas, Texas

Detailed Description

Netsync Network Solutions is looking for qualified individuals to fill the role of Lead Consultant for design and deployment of Cisco ISE and other security technologies. This position will focus mainly on the deployment of ISE in wired and wireless environments with a strong focus on policy, posture, and profiling. Deploying ISE in complex environments with various use cases is expected and, in some instances, travel and onsite work will be required. Experience with NGFWs, Load Balancing technologies, DNS, Certificate authorities, and IAM solutions are a major plus for any candidate.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise in customer engagements specifically around Cisco's Integrated Services Engine

  • Strong Wireless experience is a plus

  • SDN/ACI/DNA experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of end user devices and network behaviors for security posturing and profiling a must

  • Create and deliver targeted proof-of-concepts/presentations/proposals around Cisco ISE as part of a strong security posture

  • Create high-level solution designs and architectures for comprehensive technical business solutions

  • Translate business/technical requirements into actionable scope of work items

  • Primary point of contact and driver of the Customer Experience

  • Develop strong relationships with customers as a trusted technical advisor

  • Conduct quarterly sessions to define Netsync and Netsync Partner OEM strategy and value proposition

  • Effectively deliver training/knowledge sharing/transfer with both technical and non-technical audiences comprised of internal or external staff

  • Travel: up to 40%

    Additional Duties Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in network environments, including network engineering (hardware and software); network security practices; and designing, planning, and implementing robust network technologies.

  • Excellent client management/resolution, problem solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills (required)

  • Excellent verbal communications and written documentation skills (required)

  • Individual may be required to work hours outside of normal business hours

  • This position requires work to be done in customer environments that may be limited in air conditioning and other normal office accommodations for long hours

    Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Educational Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert certification (preferred)

  • Cisco Certified Design Expert certification (preferred)

  • Experience working at a CCIE or CCDE level (required)
