In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training as well as resources to accelerate your ramp into TI and set you up for long-term career success. Within this program, we also offer function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities that will encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on, meaningful experiences from your very first day on the job.

Dive right in as a Product Marketing Engineer and use your technical knowledge to identify and generate product roadmaps, influence product definition and define the overall marketing strategy. As a Product Marketing Engineer you will gain exposure to the company's product lines, play a key role in solving customer needs and drive revenue growth. You will also receive personal coaching and mentoring from a team of industry-leading professionals.

In this role you will build expertise in a wide range of marketing activities, including overall marketing strategy, portfolio marketing, growth initiatives, opportunity management and pricing. Based in one of TI's product lines, you will gain a deep understanding of the product line strategy, priorities and structure. Interact with customers and TI's sales teams to understand their current and future needs, as well as identify key marketing objectives, regions and markets, competition, roadmaps and key technology trends.

As a Product Marketing Engineer, you will also get exposure to other roles such as: Applications, Systems & Marketing through formal learning, projects and on-the-job development experiences that will help you broaden your knowledge and accelerate your growth and success at TI.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering

  • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes

  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions

  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results

  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
