Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director in the Investment Management industry, based in Dallas, Texas. The role involves leading the evaluation of potential investment opportunities, synthesizing findings, managing the due diligence process, and monitoring existing portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the evaluation process for potential investment opportunities within targeted sectors

• Develop and articulate investment theses and recommendations to the team based on synthesized findings

• Create financial models to determine appropriate valuations and communicate key variables and risks with the team

• Oversee the due diligence process, which includes dialogues with sell-side bankers, target company management, and financial, tax and commercial advisors

• Prepare internal memos and recommendations for executives and the firm’s investment committee

• Review and provide business and financial commentary on legal documents such as Sale & Purchase Agreements, collaborating with counsel when needed

• Work with internal stakeholders across the firm to develop post-merger integration plans and operational initiatives following acquisition

• Monitor existing portfolio companies, interacting with target company management teams and preparing quarterly reporting packages

• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and undertake other assigned projects and duties. Requirements • Demonstrable expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI)

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies

• Extensive experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Mastery of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of various ERP Solutions

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Budget Processes

• Proven track record in Business Development

• Expertise in Capital Management
