We have an immediate opening for an Architectural Intern at our Dallas, Texas office. Successful candidates will work with architectural design and production, serve on teams for large commercial, federal, healthcare, science and technology, and higher education projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with document code review and compliance

  • Communicate and coordinate with management, clients, consultants and contractors related to daily operations

  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of project construction documents and communication with and coordination of the preparation of documents with consultants, contractors and team members

  • Assist in the review of drawings, project submittals, etc. for document compliance

  • Participating in client and team meetings;

  • Project work through SD, DD, CD and CA phases;

  • Reviewing architectural documents for potential conflict with all disciplines;

  • Implementing RFIs and change orders

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

  • Previous experience at an Architectural Firm (Internship or Professional)

  • Practical REVIT experience required

  • Should possess a desire to become LEED accredited as well as a Registered Architect

  • Strong knowledge of codes

  • Good planning skills
