Job Description:
The Administrative Project Coordinator I will play an important role in assisting the Assistant Director of Institutional Success and Decision Support with a variety of tasks related to the operational management of the unit and provide administrative support for the Office of Institutional Success and Decision Support ( OISDS ) staff. This position will report to the Assistant Director.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and three years of administrative experience, experience related to the project area or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Bachelor’s degree and experience working within a higher education environment
Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail in communications and work documents
Ability to demonstrate self-initiative as well as to work well as a team
Ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy, and to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Team
