Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in accounts receivable or similar roles, possess sound knowledge about financial regulations, and be confident in QuickBooks operation. Being familiar with Excel and having excellent math skills are definitely advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out accounts receivable functions including invoicing, depositing, handling queries, and reconciling the accounts.

• Ensure accurate and timely billing of invoices.

• Make collection calls and emails as necessary.

• Maintain precise records of all payments received.

• Manage and resolve any discrepancies or queries relating to billing.

• Keep track of the customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.

• Perform account reconciliations in a timely manner.

• Operate within established guidelines and procedures.

• Provide extensive support and assistance to the accounting team and customers.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must, experience with Excel is a plus.

• Excellent mathematical abilities to handle large numbers and complex calculations.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities.
