Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As part of our team, you will be expected to maintain accurate customer records, process customer credit applications efficiently and accurately, and address customer inquiries. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Validate payment data and work with other departments to ensure accurate posting of cash to accounts.

• Prepare all assigned customer account reconciliations and determine disposition of unapplied cash and credits.

• Process payments daily including Pay connection, Wire Transfers, ACH, and lockbox deposits.

• Post cash in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.

• Work on reconciliation of accounts prior to posting, if required.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Resolve customer inquiries.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions for efficient work processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Understanding of ERP Solutions

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in Billing Functions

• Ability to manage Cash Activity
