Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to become a part of our team based in Dallas, Texas. The role primarily involves handling vendor invoices, ensuring their accuracy and completeness, and managing the necessary records in our accounting system. This position calls for meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in data entry and invoice processing, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Check vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness

• Match each invoice with the necessary backup material

• Ensure all invoices have the necessary approvals before processing

• Post invoices into the accounting system accurately and promptly

• Generate accounts payable reports and documents as needed

• Process expense reports in a timely manner, following established departmental procedures

• Distribute employee expense checks as required

• Assist in processing direct deposits for employee expense reimbursements

• Contact vendors to resolve any inaccuracies, discrepancies, or missing data in statements

• Maintain organized files of invoices and statements

• Provide assistance in other accounting areas as requested or assigned

• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Deltek for various tasks

• Apply skills in account reconciliation, check runs, and coding invoices for efficient invoice processing. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Check Runs

• Skills in Coding Invoices

• Proficient in Data Entry

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge in Oracle

• Experience in QuickBooks

• Familiarity with SAP

• Proficiency in Deltek

• Experience in handling Approved Invoices

• Ability to Code Invoices effectively
