Tatum Accounting Consulting project for 3-4 months duration. This project will be onsite and focus on fixed assets and supply chain.

responsibilities:

Project Focus:

• correct past entries and in general clean up the fixed asset accounting as well as the supply chain processes

• solve accounting issues

• clean up the balance sheet with adjusting journal entries as needed

Correct single purchase orders issues for multiple units that may have:

• Partial payment schedules.

• Multiple Ship-To-Locations.

• Multiple Delivery Schedules (not all units on a PO MUST be received at the same time).

• Serial Number Asset tracking down to the room within a data center.

• Units on a PO may not all be delivered and received to the same internal company.

The client needs this Tatum Accounting Consultant to design a better process and procedure forward for purchase orders.

qualifications:

Project consultant requirements:

• Must have a professional track record of working independently to solve complex

• accounting issues.

• Must have strong skills and experience in solving fixed assets and purchase

• accounting issues.

• Experience researching and reconciliation of Invoices and Vendor records tied to

• our assets.

• Must be accounting proficient and a doer, hands-on, roll-up your sleeves that

• does NOT require accounting training.

• Possible backgrounds in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Multi-Company Journal Entry / reconciliations, Fixed Asset Management

• 5+ years of Balance Sheet Accounting knowledge with strong understanding of GAAP.
