  • Structure, price, and execute a variety of FX rate derivative products (e.g., spot, forwards, xccy swaps, options, etc,..)

  • Cover a wide variety of clients, from middle market, corporate, real estate, commercial, and more

  • Engage clients directly to discuss hedging strategies, and provide concrete recommendations, based on their unique business needs and exposures

  • Develop and maintain a significant presence with the TCB Banking and Treasury teams, to identify and capitalize on new leads, and help expand existing client relationships

  • Work closely with various internal teams – bankers, relationship managers, back office operations, and others – to effectively manage pipeline, and close trades

  • Assist other internal teams in ensuring trade confirmations, payments, and other materials are executed adequately, to manage client expectations, and adhere to regulatory requirements

  • Help construct regular market commentary for clients and internal business partners

  • Help train junior front office staff

  • Five to ten (5-10) years’ experience marketing interest rate derivative products within a regional or investment bank

  • Must possess a deep understanding of financial markets, macroeconomics, fixed income products, interest rate curve construction, derivative valuation (delta 1 and non-linear), and various pricing methodologies and hedging strategies

  • Must be technical in nature, but able to articulate complex subjects in a manner that is easy to comprehend

  • Must be familiar with ISDA documentation, CSAs, credit underwriting, and all regulatory guidelines

  • Must be comfortable researching and analyzing a client’s current financial state, and recommending / explaining appropriate derivative structures to fit the clients’ specific needs and goals

  • Will require light to moderate traveling (approx. 10-25%, as needed to grow the business)

  • Experience in FX derivatives strongly preferred

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and fluid environment

  • Comfortable growing a new business, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Must be highly ethical, positive, and intellectually curious, with strong oral and written communication skills. The ability to remain calm and operate effectively under pressure, and a high degree of organization and attention to detail are imperative.

  • Please note this position requires the employee to be in the office full-time. There is not presently an option for remote or hybrid working from home.
