To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to process large amounts of information, communicating in a clear and concise manner, and develop innovative solutions for our clients, all while maintaining a strong and efficient attention to detail. The analyst must be eager to learn, comfortable taking on large amounts of responsibility quickly, adept at managing multiple projects, and capable of producing quality work on short timelines. Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Participate in preparation of pitch materials and management presentations
Build complex financial models and perform business due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side engagements
Assist in the marketing and execution of M&A transactions, including review of QOE reports and third-party vendor work product, transaction documentation, model validation and related workflow
Coordinate with internal coverage teams and product areas to identify, evaluate and originate new business ideas/opportunities
Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, sponsors, attorneys, lawyers and other advisors
Assist with development and training of analysts and summer interns
Participate in corporate finance-related industry conferences, assist in the development of white papers, articles, marketing letters, news releases, and other media to generate exposure and build our brand
Ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or related field
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Passion for financial services and delivering superior client experiences
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

Effective team players who want to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and build working relationships across the organization
