Texas Capital Bank Business Development Lead in Dallas-Corporate Headquarters, Texas

  • Partner with Sales Support associates to enable frontline in prospecting initiatives

  • Leverage portfolio of tools and data to derive valuable insights and data on the bank’s top prospects and clients that improves cross-sell or conversion rates

  • Serve as expert in training, deploying, and fully utilizing prospecting resources

  • Define the prospecting strategy in partnership with the front line sales organization and understand tools, data primary contact for all prospecting needs throughout the sales cycle

  • Process in bound inquiries via both phone and web, making sure the most appropriate internal partners are looped into the conversation

  • Attend weekly frontline staff meetings to stay engaged on what is happening on our various teams

  • Oversee that our pipeline data is staying up to date within Salesforce

  • Drive the deployment of our annual planning process for relationship managers across all markets

  • Orchestrate relationship with various sponsored networking organizations by making sure appropriate banking partners get plugged in to networking opportunities

  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to develop and/or implement comprehensive sale strategies, metrics, resource requirements, and action plans to support sales revenue targets

  • BS or MS in business-related field

  • 4+ years of sales enablement and/or business development experience

  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM is required

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Proficiency in various research and sales enablement tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ibisworld, and D&B)

  • Collaborative approach to problem solving

  • Demonstrated ability to organize a department, support multiple individuals, and multiple projects simultaneously

  • Must be well-organized and detail-oriented to handle concurrent and diverse priorities

  • Ability to establish positive working relationships bank-wide
