  • Assist clients with gathering and documenting business and system requirements

  • Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems

  • Communicate to clients in a timely and effective manner

  • Work with cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues

  • Develop the necessary process documents, data intake forms, tools, and work plans required for each project

  • Understand business rules and requirements and apply knowledge to client applications and deliverables


  • Must be pursuing and have obtained by the start date or have completed the following degrees/majors in the past 12 months: a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Accounting, Systems or a related field from an accredited college/university

  • Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.00 or above

  • Proficiency in one or more of the following is preferred: MS Access, VB, Power BI, Alteryx, and/or SQL

  • Demonstrated quality service mindset; strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and ability to navigate MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project, Visio or other process mapping software

  • Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work

  • Ability to travel and/or work on-site at client premises up to 50%, at times with relatively short notice

  • Tax professionals may have the opportunity to work virtually/remotely within the U.S. depending on business needs

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
