Dallam Hartley Counties Hospital District invites you to become an integral part of our team! We are currently looking for a Cafe Assistant to assist in our Dietary Department. The Cafe Assistant provides excellent customer service and ensures a welcoming and clean environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The assistant is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Work as a part of a team to ensure smooth operating of the cafe.
• Kichen cleanliness and organization
• Accepting payments
• Cleaning and preparing meal areas
• Product knowledge
• Safe food handling
• Opening and closing procedures
• Operate sanitation equipment
• Make sure customers and patients receive quality service
