Mountain Ltd. has an opening for a Retail Representative in Daleville, VA.

Specialties include OSP/ISP engineering, design, permitting, right-of-way and CAD for traditional and wireless telecommunications companies.

The Retail Representative will provide comprehensive customer service activities for a large national company.

Responsibilities

• Provide unparalleled customer service by answering customer inquiries, promoting and selling products and services.

• Promoting products and service to our current customer base as well as potential customer base. This includes selling service, accessories, and features to walk in customers as well as prospecting new customer through required daily outbound calls, flier distribution, direct mail, and activities.

• Customer service tasks i.e.: taking payments, resolving billing issues, resolving and repairing phone issues, and answering general questions from our customer base.

• Equipment exchanges and returns for disconnecting customers.

• Responsible for follow-up, closing sales, building and maintaining internal and external customer relationships, making outbound calls on a regular basis.

• Follow up with customers with thank you notes and calls.

• Assisting in mail room with sorting incoming mail and using postage machine for outgoing mail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred

• Must be familiar with basic computer skills

• Must have reliable transportation
