Position Overview:\ Supervise Broadband Specialist IV, V, and Headend technicians. Oversee HFC network projects and ensure employees are focused on correcting plant deficiencies.

Position Responsibilities:
- Ensure the system techs are productive in their daily activities.
- Ensure the system techs are repairing the HFC plant correctly.
- Review daily reports to find area problems.
- Resolves trouble call escalations.
- Ensure the work force is working in a safe & positive manner.
- Complete reports as needed.
- Hire, train, evaluate and supervise technical staff and oversight of work schedules of technical staff
- All other duties as assigned or required.
