Job Description
Responsible for supervising work performed on systems ranging in difficulty from small basic commercial installations to large complex projects involving multiple plumbing systems
Assists in administrating the company safety program and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of verifiable experience in the plumbing trade and a minimum of 3 years of verifiable supervisory experience
Thorough knowledge of plumbing blueprints, specifications and codes
Thorough knowledge of other major craft blueprints
Thorough knowledge of all plumbing systems, from domestic water to medical gas
Excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully interact with employees and clients on a professional level
The ability to supervise multiple foremen
The ability to schedule projects and meet deadlines
Work in outside areas exposed to the weather and elements.
Work in awkward positions which can cause physical discomfort and strain.
Heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) with or without mechanical devices.
Exposure to safety hazards to make safe corrections while avoiding injury.
