We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial service environment to fill the position of Branch Operations Manager for our Cypress, CA location.

Job Description

The selected candidate will:

  • Responsible for all inside sales and service operations at the branch.

  • Provide continuity between sales and service to meet customer expectations.

  • Primary communicator with Fredericksburg support regarding customer needs and current operations.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate’s background will include:

  • Related work experience and knowledge of operations management

  • High school diploma

  • Good communication skills

  • Good customer service skills

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Starting salary of $80,000-$90,000, to commensurate with experience. Kaeser offers an excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan.
