Insight Global Customer Service Representative (Oct 14 Class) in Cypress, California

Job Description

Your primary responsibility in this role will be providing telephonic, chat, email or other front-line customer service duties. You must have the ability to navigate multiple systems, a working knowledge of insurance, claims, financial accounts would be helpful but not required. You must be quick to learn and be bought in on your career growth.

-Meet or exceed established KPIs.

-Provide compassionate and empathetic support to 50 to 70 contacts per day while providing guidance, support, and resolution for escalated issues.

-Handle escalated assists, resolving more complex customer issues.

-Demonstrate outstanding service to identify the source of the person's issue and work to resolve inquires in a timely and professional manner.

-Help guide and educate customers regarding their health benefits account.

-Assist customers in navigating websites while assisting them with becoming proficient with self-service tools.

-Protect our customers security by properly authenticating them.

-Actively assist Account Holders by:

 Having a polite and helpful tone.

 Provide the customer with the assurance that you will resolve their issue.

 Efficiently use procedures & systems to enhance knowledge and provide tailored customer solutions.

 Be curious and anticipate customers additional needs.

-Demonstrate genuine appreciation for the customers business

Pay Rate: 20/hr

Skills and Requirements

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

Experience working in customer service related roles

Ability to work any full time 8-hour shift schedule between the hours of 7:00 AM 6:00 PM PST 2+ years of work / volunteer experience OR Associates Degree (or higher) with 1+ years of work / volunteer experience OR Bachelors Degree (or higher) with 6+ months of work / volunteer experience null
