What you’ll do:

Manufacturing FP&A oversees the planning and analysis activities for the manufacturing organization of the Electrical Critical Systems Division consisting of 17 manufacturing sites across Europe + 2 plants (a plant in China & US each). This role coordinates and executes monthly financial reporting requirements including month-end closing, forecasting, analysis, and management reporting for the manufacturing sites. Key role in the development and analysis of the annual profit plan. Prepare financial analysis and month-end financial reporting deliverables as required. Support the Systems MFG Finance Director, CS FP&A leader and the Operations Leader to drive integration, KPIs tracking, maintaining good quality / understand key variances of standard cost and standardization in the manufacturing footprint. Participation to special projects as necessary.

Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and executing monthly/quarterly closing & forecasting cycles.

  • Driving forecast accuracy across organization and ensuring actuals are translated into financial insights.

  • Being the key role in the development of annual profit plan and supporting the development of a multi-year manufacturing footprint strategy.

  • Managing financial presentations (operational reviews, leadership meetings, profit plan).

  • Supporting to ensures all processes are compliant with local and US GAAP regulations.

  • Assisting in the deployment and monitoring of Eaton Financial policies and control requirements

  • Coordinating adequacy of provisions for Excess and Obsolete Inventory, warranty accruals tracking, understand calculation / impacts of CAPVAR + IPI are captured in forecast variance analysis, FX impacts are correctly reported

  • Participating to SIOP process and sales pulse reviews for the manufacturing sites. Focus on plant backlog to drive forecast accuracy on plant sales

  • Supporting free cashflow improvement.

  • Reviewing manufacturing sites working capital results & forecast, providing consolidated comments to Senior Management.

  • Coordinating CAPEX forecast and ensuring that the projects are phased correctly across the year

Skills:

  • Understanding manufacturing processes and having plant experience.

  • Staying up to date on our products, markets, competition and trends.

  • Being comfortable with SAP, Oracle (Cloud) and other finance IT systems including planning & data/business warehouse tools, US GAAP reporting and SOX framework
