Air On Demand HVAC Installation Coordinator in Cutler Bay, Florida

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Install Coordinator. The main duties are to manage the day-to-day scheduling operations and ensure that jobs are ready for installation. The coordinator is also responsible for the creation of department job files, contacting customers regarding scheduling issues, pulling permits, and scheduling inspections.
Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday some overtime and Saturdays during the summer season as needed
Job Summary
Provide Fast Friendly & Fun customer service .
Work with the Sales Team to schedule installations promptly
Make outbound calls to book, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed jobs
Document and update customer records after installations
Process new installation paperwork for permits, warranties, equipment registration, etc.
Other assigned duties as directed by management
Some of the requirements for an ideal applicant for this position:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment speaking to customers over the phone
Minimum 1 year of consistent Customer Service-related experience
1 year of HVAC or home services appointment setting experience highly preferred.
Be available Mon- Friday: 8am - 5 Pm and some Saturdays during summer.
Energy, enthusiasm, integrity & interest in performing at a high level daily.
Good organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrate friendly and professional phone etiquette.
Experience with Service Titan a plus
