Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Homemakers/Companions. In this role, you will provide essential non-medical assistance to our clients, allowing them to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

Duties andResponsibilities:

1. Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
2. Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary preferences and restrictions.
3. Light Housekeeping: Assist with general housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up, dusting, and laundry.
4. Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take their prescribed medications on time.
5. Errands and Shopping: Accompany clients on errands, grocery shopping, and medical appointments.
6. Transportation: Provide safe and reliable transportation for clients to appointments and social outings.
7. Assistance with Mobility: Assist clients with mobility and transfers, as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or companion is a plus.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Must have communication skills.
• Must have the ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required (training available).
