Follow and promote all company customer service programs. Promptly greet walk-in customers in a friendly and courteous manner and assist them in the selection of merchandise. Assist manager, assistant manager, and /or installer service specialist in serving the commercial customers as needed and directed, take telephone orders, make recommendations and suggestions of substitute or related items when necessary. accept cash and/or checks, and make change. process credit cards transactions, Assist in stocking shelves and putting up displays, assist in unloading and unpacking incoming stock, occasionally drive delivery truck and make special deliveries, keep the counter and store area neat and clean.. Requirements needed are the ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service. Must be able to multi-task, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time. Desiring clients that may be familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service. ASE certification. Must have a valid Mt. Driver's license.
