Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in technical roles within the tech industry

  • Background in introducing new products to manufacturing

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes

  • Excellent Problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently

  • Experience with statistical and data analysis tools

  • Familiarity with ramping electronics and or complex assemblies into high volume production is a plus

  • Ability to work with a wide range of people with varying degrees of experience

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Description

We're seeking a Technical Program Manager on the Vision Pro team to collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure top-quality products and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include: - Working in the new product introduction group as a team of design, quality, test, and global supply managers to ensure top quality products and drive perfection into everything we do - Deep understanding of manufacturing trade offs and ability to provide DFA feedback to cross functional teams - Areas of ownership will include factory set-up and ownership of technical operational functions associated with manufacturing, including process design, assembly, automation, test, and yields - Executive level status reporting and presentations - Provide operational excellence in bringing-up scalable and sustainable mass-production process - Analyzing data and implementing quality improvement measures - Travel may be required (up to 40%)

Education & Experience

MS or BS in related Engineering discipline - Mechanical preferred MBA not required but a plus

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $148,200.00 and $223,100.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
