Lease Analyst / Lease Abstractor

This role focuses on ensuring lease data integrity, document abstraction, and financial accuracy . Responsibilities for the Lease Analyst / Lease Abstractor job:

As a Lease Analyst / Lease Abstractor , you will be responsible for interpreting, abstracting, and entering lease agreements into the system of record while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will also conduct ongoing lease verification , manage lease data updates, and collaborate with internal teams.

Review, interpret, and abstract legal real estate lease agreements

• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with lease accounting standards

• Verify and update lease information in financial and accounting systems

• Analyze financial lease data and support reporting requirements

• Collaborate with Lease Accounting and Lease Payment teams

• Manage multiple lease documents and meet deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Lease Analyst, Lease Abstractor, or Lease Administrator

• Strong financial analysis and lease accounting knowledge

• Ability to interpret real estate lease documents

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel and lease management systems

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education & Experience:

• BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field

• Experience in lease abstraction, real estate finance, or lease administration preferred

Pay Details: $60.00 per hour
