ManpowerGroup Engineering Project Manager in Cupertino, California

Our client in the consumer electronics industry is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to join their team. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be part of the Strategic EPM team supporting post ramp support on iPhone as a system. The ideal candidate will have impeccable organizational, multi-tasking, and management skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, to align cross-functional engineering resources to help formulate, follow, and execute the company's priority with respect to the above areas.

Pay Range: Based on experience

What's the Job?

  • Drive and align cross-functional engineering resources to help formulate, follow, and execute the company's priority with respect to the above areas.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering issues seen from new qualifications, mass production, and field returns.

  • Identify, evaluate, and drive various activities while clearly communicating the risks, priorities, and schedules to cross-functional and management team.

  • Partner with NPI EPM team in next-generation product development.

  • Respond quickly and clearly regarding changes to the overall goals, schedule, and/or architecture.

What's Needed?

  • 6+ years of overall industry experience

  • Experience in working with OEMs in high volume production products

  • Strong multidisciplinary and technical background

  • An in-depth understanding of development and manufacturing process and is required to have an engineering degree and experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments.
