Spring Gap Farm Horse Walk/Trot Instructor in Cumberland, Maryland
Spring Gap Farm is seeking a walk/trot lesson instructor to join our farm family who is able to teach beginner to advanced beginner riding lessons.
Requirements:
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help students improve their riding skills
- Plan and organize lessons, including warm-up exercises, drills, and practice routines
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Ensure the safety of students during lessons
- Teach proper horse care, grooming, tacking, and farm management techniques
Experience:
- Experience working with children/adults is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively educate and motivate students
- Ability to work well with individuals of all ages and skill levels
Hourly with incentives and start date is immediately.
