Shift: 1st, (4:30am-3pm) Pay: \$21/hr Job Description: Plan and organize daily workload to accommodate production schedule. Transport parts from racking and staging area utilizing a forklift. Safely operate an Up Cut saw in order to cut parts to sizes. Properly mark and stage cut parts on carts used to supply the CNC milling operations. Review specification to determine setup procedures, dimensions, and machining sequences required to manufacture parts. Set up and operate a CNC mill with appropriate tooling. Load CNC programs into machine consoles by entering preprogrammed machine instructions. Observe machine operations to detect malfunctions or questionable conditions. Apply Now Calculate dimensions or tolerances, using instruments, such as micrometers or vernier calipers. Machine parts to specifications, using machine tools, such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders.
