OBJECTIVO :

Administrar y asegurar el proceso de atención a equipos que cumplan con los SLA´s establecidos con el cliente.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES (EQUIPOS BAJO ALCANCE):

  • Ordenar / remplazar materiales de consumo

  • Realizar recorrido a equipos para vigilar la calidad de impresión

  • Mantener limpieza externa / Interna de los dispositivos

  • Resolver fallas técnicas menores(atoramientos de papel, limpieza de rodillos y configuración básica) de los equipos instalados en las cuentas

  • Escalar de acuerdo a procedimientos acordados al siguiente nivel de soporte técnico

  • Controlar formatos de registros (inventarios, surtido de materiales, asistencia, etc)

PERFIL DEL PUESTO :

  • Escolaridad: carrera técnica

  • Habilidades: Conectividad, electrónica básicas /trato con clientes

  • Idiomas: Ingles técnico básico

  • Computo: Ambiente Windows básico/ Office
