We invite You to apply for our ‘Manufacturing engineer’ position in the Procter & Gamble's Budapest Plant, located in Csömör. Within an easy reach from the city of Budapest.

The plant has been operating since 1991 with highly automated production lines equipped with world-class cutting edge technologies. Your role as a Manufacturing engineer:

We are currently looking for a passionate individual with technical expertise to join our Engineering team and work on various projects, where tasks include process and technology development, equipment design, specification of technical requirements for new machines/processes/production lines’ upgrades, data analysis, technical scope initiation and deployment with objective to achieve simplification, waste reduction, cost savings and various efficiency improvements.

• Modeling & Simulation (M&S)

• Data Science

Job Qualifications

WE BELIEVE YOU WILL BE AN EXCELLENT FIT, IF YOU

• Have a BSc or MSc in engineering field.

• Fresh graduate or maximum 5 years of relevant work experience

• Critical and analytical thinking, active listening and strong written and verbal communication skills

• The ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment

• Strong technical curiosity in finding new and different ways to approach problems and able to derive new ideas, techniques, and methods to find solutions

• Ability to conduct business in both English and Hungarian languages

• Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as operate effectively within multifunctional, multinational and technical team within various geographical locations

• Skilled in writing effective business writing and creation of technical summaries and should be comfortable presenting work to technical and commercial teams

• Able to readily leverage connections and resources beyond the Feminine Care organization

• Natural willingness to flow to the work across a lean organization
