As a Quality Manager you will:

Be responsible for maintaining and improving our product quality management system, reducing defect rates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Manage the IATF-16949 quality management system as the Management Representative
  • Lead quality management initiatives and promote customer requirements.
  • Drive defect reduction efforts and manage nonconforming materials.
  • Oversee final inspections, ensuring timely and accurate product flow.
  • Manage department personnel, training, and efficiency.
  • Address and resolve customer quality complaints with corrective actions.
  • Collaborate in APQP meetings to identify and prevent processing issues
  • Ensure calibration system accuracy and oversee PPAP submissions.

This is a full time, Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree in engineering or manufacturing technology (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of quality management experience
  • ASQ certification and IATF 16949 training preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Salary: \$90K- \$115K per year

*Salary range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
