AmergisHealthcare is actively looking for a Primary Therapist that would beinterested in a 13 Week, Temp to Perm Contract at a Facility in CrystalLake, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position:Primary Therapist

Location: Crystal Lake, IL

PayRate: $45 to $47 per hour (Depends on experience)

Schedule:

• 8:00AM to 4:30PM (40 hrs/week)

• Monday – Friday (No weekends!)

Duration:

• 13 Weeks (Temp to Perm)

Requirements:

• 2+ Years of Addiction Treatment experience

• Experience leading groups

• LSW, LCSW, LCP or LCPC required

• ASAP Start
