Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Operator where you will be responsible for operating and handling various types of machinery such as drill presses, shear presses, punch presses, straightening presses, torches, overhead cranes, forklifts, and saws. Your day-to-day tasks will include loading and unloading machines, monitoring machines while in operation, maintaining clean work areas, performing housekeeping duties, and utilizing hand and power tools. After gaining experience and proving your skills, there will be opportunities for advancement to roles such as Machine Operator 2 and 3, or even CNC machining.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Crystal Lake, Illinois.

Work Environment

We are currently offering multiple openings across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Our facility is a large, fast-paced environment filled with heavy machinery, furnaces, and heat treating machines. While it can get hot in the summer, we make efforts to cool down the area and provide free Gatorade. Despite the size and activity of the facility, we maintain a strong commitment to safety. We are a family-owned and operated business with a rich 130-year history, and we take pride in our status as a leading manufacturer and service provider in North America.

1st Shift: 8am - 4pm ($17.51/hr)

2nd Shift: 4pm - 12am ($18.51/hr)

• 3rd Shift: 12am - 8am ($19.51/hr)
