VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a mid-level Logistics Analyst to support a NAVSEA Program Office. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite in Crystal City, VA 2-3 days a week.Responsibilities:Coordinate and assist in development of required lifecycle logistic program documentation, milestone documentation, logistic support plans and logistic considerations in planning documentation​Monitor and report quantities by maintenance due dates and recertification periods​Coordinate GFE transport to ensure proper distribution of available required hardware​Provide Encan/Decan, Assembly/Disassembly, Maintenance, and Theory of Operations hardware support as required​Draft and deliver documentation supporting Fleet load-outs for Flag Level Officer review​Draft and deliver memos supporting service life requirements for GFE​Draft, review, update, and distribute Surface Missile Processing Documents for maintenance and assembly/disassembly​Coordinate, gather input, prepare briefs, and record action items from all logistics related meetings​Coordinate and assist with submitted Integrated Logistics Assessment (ILA) check lists, documentation trackers, and logistic schedules to support program lifecycle events​Basic Qualifications:Associate's Degree and 10 yrs of relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 5 yrs of relevant experience OR a Master’s Degree in a relevant fieldKnowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)/Product Support Management (PSM) elements including Product Support Management, Maintenance Planning and Management, Supply Support, Technical Data, Manpower and Personnel, Training and Training Support, Design Interface, Facilities and Infrastructure, Sustaining Engineering, Computer Resources, Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation, and Support Equipment.Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.)​Active DoD Secret Clearance This position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.For this position, VISTA will consider only applicants with an active DoD security clearance.VISTA offers a strong compensation package and a competitive leave package.The generous benefit plan includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, tuition assistance, and employer matching 401(k) plan.To learn more about VISTA and to apply for this position, please visit our website at www.vistatsi.comVISTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Disability/Veterans Employer.
