Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our client's team based in Crown Point, Indiana. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, creating presentations and proposals, updating the company website, and generating newsletters to highlight company successes and product updates.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating marketing activities to promote brand awareness and campaign planning

• Attending client meetings and creating follow-up communications

• Creating and delivering presentations to clients

• Updating the company website with relevant information and updates

• Generating newsletters to highlight company successes, new product updates, and features and benefits

• Using the MailChimp for email marketing and creating e-newsletters

• Updating product catalogs with the latest information

• Using CRM system for customer success stories and direct marketing campaigns

• Applying graphic design skills for mockups and renderings (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva)

• Preparing proposals in response to client queries about pricing, lead time, etc.

Requirements

• Proficiency in CRM and MailChimp or Constant Contact software is essential

• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing marketing campaigns and activities

• Strong ability to plan and execute direct marketing campaigns

• Excellent communication skills, particularly in crafting business proposals and customer success stories

• Solid understanding and experience in B2B Marketing, Email Marketing, and Direct Response Marketing

• Proven track record in increasing brand awareness

• Experience in creating email newsletters, e-newsletters, and other marketing content

• Proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint and other presentation tools

• Experience in designing product catalogs and other marketing materials

• Ability to prepare effective marketing proposals

• Experience in coordinating marketing efforts and measuring marketing effectiveness

• Proficiency in graphic design is a plus

• Knowledge and experience in marketing communication and content creation

• Prior experience in marketing coordination roles

• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams to ensure marketing success.

• MUST be open to working 100% on-site in Crown Point, Indiana.
