General Summary: Supervise all aspects of cash management operations within the branch by ensuring daily activities are performed in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner. Supervise and coach tellers & Universal Bankers on the Bank\'s client experience standards by proactively providing feedback on performance. Review branch teller work and provide override assistance for complex transactions. Answer clients\' questions regarding Park Bank services and perform a variety of account maintenance duties. Actively recommend Park Bank products and services and coach tellers towards service, sales, and operational excellence. Engage team in fun creative ways to enhance the client experience and operational performance on a consistent basis. As needed, support other branches with training and on-boarding new tellers. Coordinate/oversee the daily branch teller operations activities, problem-solving, helping with complex transactions, providing overrides, ensuring security and compliance policies are communicated and followed. Coach and develop Tellers in all aspects of their responsibilities to include transaction processing, account maintenance, and client experience. Work closely with operations support personnel to ensure procedural and/or system changes are implemented in a timely and accurate fashion. Performs all branch self-checks and/or audits to ensure the branch is operationally sound and secure. Function as branch trainer for new employees in Navigator, Integrated Teller, and PB Net. Trains new employees in proper procedures and handles difficult operational questions from other Tellers. Responsible for basic account servicing requests that included, address change, travel notifications, Safe Deposit Box access, Check Orders, etc. Requirements Required Education and Experience * High School Diploma or equivalent.
