Personal Trainer - Crosby, MN

Part-time, 15-20 hrs/wk

Schedule based on sessions booked

The Personal Trainers at HealthFitness are true professionals. Their sole responsibility is to design customized workout programs and train our members based on their needs. You will be responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members participating in the program, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment. You will be working with active older adults, small group training. Scheduling of hours will work around clients availability.

What you'll be doing

• Providing one-on-one and/or buddy personal training.

• Provide a detailed orientation that addresses the aerobic, strength and flexibility components of the exercise program.

• Educate about the fundamentals of strength and aerobic training, as well as the proper and safe use of equipment.

• Design and implement fitness plans for personal training clients

What we're looking for

• Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.

• Adult CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
