We are seeking a compassionate and independent problem solver to join our collaborative behavioral health team as a therapist. This essential role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to meet our patients' needs. The ideal candidate will work independently while demonstrating leadership qualities and collaborating with other providers, the director, and staff members.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
- Fully licensed in Minnesota as a LMFT, LICSW, or LPC.
LADC preferred but not required.
Relevant certification for areas of specialty.
License/Certificates:
- Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting preferred.
Participation in professional organizations and membership preferred.

- Maintain a multi-disciplinary approach while partnering with other providers and prioritizing patient needs.
Demonstrate a collaborative attitude to improve service delivery by building relationships with providers and staff.
Flexibly manage schedule with a keen awareness of individual and team patient caseloads.
Employ excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to enhancing services to meet patient needs.
Demonstrate the self-awareness and resilience necessary to manage stressful situations.
Engage in positive representation of CRMC at community events.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain a caseload of outpatient clients with various needs by providing diagnostic assessments, therapy services, and thorough documentation.
Participate in CRMC employee health and community events to support the overall wellness of the community.
Collaborate with the medical weight management and bariatric services team to support patients seeking these services.
Provide support to patients receiving services through the Employee Assistance Program to maintain the health and well-being of our CRMC community.
Demonstrate leadership by participating in program development within the department to best support the facility's needs.
Perform other duties based on role as needs arise.
