As a Shipping Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are shipped accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with our production and warehouse teams to manage shipping schedules, handle documentation, and resolve any issues that may arise. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in maintaining our high standards for timely and accurate shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.

• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to schedule shipments and manage inventory levels.

• Track and trace shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and address any issues or delays.

• Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to provide updates and resolve any shipping-related inquiries.

• Optimize shipping processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.

• Proven experience in a shipping or logistics role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in using shipping software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Forklift certification or experience is a plus but not required.

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Employee will be responsible for moving product from one type of packaging to another.

Packaging requirements do change daily, employee must be able to change directions quickly.

This is a very fast paced job that requires highly motivated person to complete orders ahead of

schedule.
