Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of federal construction projects. Review scope of work, engage subcontractors, and coordinate site visits for subcontractors to bid the work. Estimating and bidding task order contracts and IDIQs. Project Scheduling, including subcontractor management.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Crofton, Maryland.

Work Environment

Work is performed at the office in Crofton, MD. This position will have minimal field travel, with occasional site visits required in the DC, Baltimore area.
