Sirius Computer Solutions Program Manager, Residency Services in Crofton, Maryland



Position Summary:

Sirius Federal, LLC, a subsidiary of Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc., is seeking a dynamic leader to support the day-to-day operations and growth of our Residency Services (RS) organization. The Program Manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding our customer’s expectations and delivering a quality service in an efficient manner for a growing segment of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to make a positive difference and a passion for making an impact in our organization.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain an efficient delivery organization that is scalable to meet the demands of our customers

  • Manage relationships with Project Managers over existing contracts

  • Provide training, guidance, mentoring, and leadership to our staff to build an efficient and highly productive delivery team

  • Work with our pre-sales and delivery engineering teams to ensure services are properly scoped and can be delivered successfully to the customer

  • Work with sales and pre-sales to identify new opportunities to grow the RS business

  • Participate in the proposal process and develop pricing models for RS opportunities

  • Serve as an escalation point for client and personnel issues

  • Assist with recruitment and help fill residency vacancies as quickly as possible

  • Establish and maintain a network and pipeline of candidates for future opportunities

  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures that ensure a high level of customer success and consistency across the organization

  • Maintain a high level of customer success utilizing NPS and other customer feedback

  • Partner with various departments to review project engagements for adherence to scope, profitability, and client satisfaction

  • Contribute to growth by identifying new opportunities in existing customer accounts and emerging trends / technologies

  • Motivate and challenge delivery team to obtain a level of customer intimacy where the team becomes a trusted resource for our customers

  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent industry experience & training.

  • US Citizen with the ability to pass a background investigation

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred or equivalent years of relevant experience

  • Ability to obtain and retain a federal security clearance

Other Position Requirements:

  • Strong Experience in the IT industry and providing resources that meet client needs

  • Experience managing employees staffed on long-term engagements with a focus on employee morale and retention

  • Experience recruiting, establishing networks for identifying future personnel, hiring and firing

  • Experience working with Federal Government customers, government contracting and clearance process

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail

  • Strong rapport and relationship building skills with both internal departments and external customers

  • Must have a track record of developing and implementing process improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service and customer management skills with the ability to create “WOW” moments with customers

  • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills

  • Ability to take a creative approach to situations and problem solving

  • Effective service delivery and escalation management experience

  • Significant experience and familiarity with personnel management, end user support management, contractual compliance, financial management, scope management, customer service and executive level communications

  • Must be motivated, adaptable, flexible, and able to produce quality results in an evolving, fast paced environment

  • Understanding of metrics, finances, and Best Practices; ability to utilize this information to identify opportunities for training and process improvement

Essential Functions:

  • Occasional travel to customer sites may be required. These will typically be short day trips.
