FHR Colorado LLC Dba Bronco Billy's Casino Casino Cage Manager in Cripple Creek, Colorado

Responsible for all Cage operations including all revenues held in the cages. Protects casino cage assets by implementing accounting and documentation policies and procedures, monitoring for consistent application of policies and procedures, monitoring transactions, technical projects, standards of guest service and ensuring compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Internal Control Minimum Procedures, internal policies and procedures and Colorado Limited Gaming regulations.

Oversee/manage day-to-day operations of casino cages. Responsible for daily and weekly cash requirements for an efficient operation. Ensures accurate accounting of cage transactions. Ensure company assets are secure at all times. Responsible for hiring, training, developing and coaching all cage personnel on proper procedures and performance of job duties Coordinate information and tasks with various appropriate departments, interacting with said departments through performance of cage tasks. Responsible for scheduling cage employees, including employee breaks, ensuring proper staffing levels are maintained at all times. Monitor and improve guest services as related to cage operations to ensure the highest level of customer service. Research and resolve guest complaints and disputes. Research and report any cage variance. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed in an efficient and timely manner. Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork between cage employees and other department employees. Performs additional duties as needed, including special projects. Perform all responsibilities in compliance with various federal and state regulations and in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act and Colorado Limited Gaming regulations, Internal Control Minimum Procedures, and all internal policies and procedures. The typical schedule for this position is 2 pm to 10 pm, Wednesday through Sunday and as needed.
