Innovative Industries is seeking a part-timeJob Coach to provide supervision to consumer-employees at community work sites. Desired skills:Professional, self motivated, organized, ability to assist others reach their highest work potential, punctual, dependable, and basic computer skills. Essenstial Job Functions:
- Provide direct supervision and instruction to consumer-employees as needed
- Maintain productive working relationships with consumer-employees and employers
- Maintain accurate records
- Provide documentation which meets all requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of consumer-employees
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have valid Iowa driver's license and good driving record
