Job Summary
The Certified Nurse Assistant is accountable for providing our residents with quality care in home environment, with resident directed care.
This position will act as primary Bath Aide, providing proper hygienic care to residents.
This is done in accordance with our policies, procedures, and the state and federal guidelines.
Supports the facility's goal of excellence in patient care in a Christian, caring environment by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting department goals.
Provides exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests and fellow employees at all times.
Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Certified Nurse Assistant with the Nebraska Board of Nursing required within 120 days of hire.
BLS Certification Preferred.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8hr shifts between 5:45am-4:30pm, occasional holiday; 80 hours, every 2 weeks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$18.25 - $24.00 per hour
