TEXAS DISPOSAL SYSTEMS INC INSIDE BROKER SALES REPRESENTATIVE - AUSTIN in Creedmoor, Texas
JOB SUMMARY
The Inside Broker Sales Representative responds to inbound calls and emails for broker business. This position is responsible for building relationships with brokers and selling broker business.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet monthly revenue goals.
- Close inbound sales over the phone and via E-mail.
- Draft sales contracts and complete the required documents for new customer accounts.
- Prepare customer proposals and track bid results.
- Resolve contract issues.
- Audit service agreements and obtain approvals.
- Serve as the customers liaison with other departments.
- Maintain customer contract files.
- Obtain and submit customer tax and insurance documents.
- Serve as the backup for administrative and support positions.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- One year of administrative support and/or sales experience
- Must exhibit a professional telephone demeanor
- Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products - e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook
- Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically
- Must be able to work well with internal customers at all levels of the company
PREFERRED SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Record of sales excellence
