Location: Crawley - (Hybrid working - office days 2 times a week)

Salary up to £60,000 depending on experience + car allowance + 12 addtional flex days off on top of 25 days annual leave + 2 paid volunteering days + many more!

Position Summary:

The Nestlé Health Science Team has 2 fantastic openings for Senior Brand Managers to join the team who will report directly to the Head of Marketing. Working on Vitamin Mineral Supplements portfolio, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the UK Annual brand plans to deliver agreed business results and influence key stakeholders. You will also ensure long-term global brand priorities, innovation pipeline, and brand communication content are fit to win and excel in the UK market.

A day in the life of a Senior Brand Manager:

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for defining brand strategy and building long-term brand plans and short term execution plans to achieve ambitions aligned with the wider company vision. You will create and execute business cases and strategies for existing and new-to-market brands, energize and engage key internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the best possible UK&I results. You will have responsibility for the successful running of the brand(s) in the local market across the full marketing mix.

Other key activities include:

• Leading and managing the annual end-to-end brand planning process and scoping and delivery of the 3-year innovation pipeline, ensuring all plans are supported by the necessary data and fully aligned with wider Global plans and UK&I commercial priorities.

• Being accountable for leading the presentation/sell-in of the plans to internal (Leadership and Commercial Teams) and external stakeholders (Retailers).

• Ensuring marketing messaging is consistent with Nestlé Group Guidance and in line with Nestlé Health Science strategy.

• Ensuring communication plans and resource allocation are aligned with strategic guidance set by global.

• Ensuring PFME is planned against the global strategic priorities and managed effectively and efficiently, driving focus on working media and avoiding the creation of local intangibles.

• Ensuring any new third-party relationships are established in line with Nestle Procurement guidelines.

• Ensuring relationships with key media and creative partners are healthy and productive.

• Optimizing the brand portfolio using defined I&R process to deliver NPD and launch plans across the brands' portfolios.

• Supporting the development of direct team members and enabling the development of indirect team members.

• Closely monitoring industry and competitor activity, as well as brand performance, to ensure plans are maintained and adapted to a constantly changing, competitive environment.

• Inspiring the functions around brand/portfolio to keep people motivated and high performing.

• Playing an active role in the brand marketing team to drive synergies across the teams.

• Engaging with all other internal and external stakeholders, managing all subjects related to the brand and category.

What will make you successful:

The successful candidate will bring with them a wealth of experience in marketing, operating as a Senior Brand Manager currently or looking to develop from a Brand Manager position. They will have successfully delivered on brand-building KPIs, ideally within the category, and demonstrate a pure passion for wellness and nutrition. They will have experience in managing complex cross-functional project teams and be a strong team player with the ability to build and grow networks, influence, and inspire. They will be comfortable working with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams and dealing with senior management. They will also:

• Have experience being an active player within a matrix organization and business/project multidisciplinary teams.

• Have experience leading major new consumer product and brand launches.

• Have experience managing complexity across the full marketing mix.

• Be able to credibly influence and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Have experience developing multi-media end-to-end communication campaigns.

• Have a mature and pragmatic approach.

• Have excellent presentation skills.

• Have experience managing portfolio PFME with excellent financial fluency and commercial acumen.

• Have strong analytic capability and decision-making in the face of incomplete information.
