We are seeking a Bus Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the night-time and weekend cleaning operations for our fleet of buses. The Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that all buses are maintained according to company standards, and coordinating schedules to meet service requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure buses are cleaned and sanitized efficiently
Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies
Inspect buses regularly to ensure they meet cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly
Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure buses are ready for service on time
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
Collaborate with management to implement and improve cleaning processes
Address any customer complaints or concerns regarding bus cleanliness in a timely and professional manner
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in cleaning services, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
Attention to detail and a focus on quality assurance
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
