Dattco Inc. Bus Cleaning Supervisor in Cranston, Rhode Island
We are seeking a Bus Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the night-time and weekend cleaning operations for our fleet of buses. The Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that all buses are maintained according to company standards, and coordinating schedules to meet service requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure buses are cleaned and sanitized efficiently
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies
- Inspect buses regularly to ensure they meet cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure buses are ready for service on time
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Collaborate with management to implement and improve cleaning processes
- Address any customer complaints or concerns regarding bus cleanliness in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in cleaning services, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality assurance
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
