Randstad is seeking an experienced Part Time Building Maintenance person for general maintenance, repairs, and refurbishing/reconditioning of apartment units, multi-units, and mixed use properties for the Warwick, West Warwick, and Cranston Area. The position requires minor to moderate skill level with: Carpentry, Basic Plumbing, Interior Repairs, Walls, Flooring, Painting, and General Maintenance. The candidate must have a Valid Driver's License to operate company vehicle. Must be able to clear a Background Check. If you are an experienced Building Maintenence person that is employed and looking to make some extra income; then this is a position for you! Also great for: semi-retired. This is a Permanent Hire position! Flexible schedule (days can vary): 3 days per week 8:00AM - 4:30PM (Average 24 hours per week - plus) Pay Range: $24.50/hour - $26.00/hour (based on skills, abilities, and experience) Benefits: - Medical and Dental - Vacation Time - Flexible Schedule

Responsibilities

• General Building Maintenance for apartment units, multi-family, and mixed use properties.

• Minor to Moderate: Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, Walls, Floors, and Ceilings.

• Repairing for any damages, defects, or failures.

• Refurbish units to move in/occupy condition.

• Apartment Turnovers for newly acquired and recently vacant units.

• Repairs for currently occupied tenant units.

• Part Time: 3 days per week, 24 hours.

• Must have valid driver's license to use company vehicle.

• Background Check is a requirement.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 6 hours at one time
