Executive Chef Kara Decker brings over 26 years of dedication and passion to the New Jersey food industry, both in catering and private restaurant settings. Qualifications:
We require at least 2 years of Line Cook Experience.
Ability to execute a recipe as it is written and delivers consistent results.
Daily responsibilities include the following:
Organizational skills:
Able to plan your prep time in order to achieve maximum productivity.
Keeping the station stocked for service with all mise en place labeled and dated.
Tasting ingredients daily to ensure freshness.
Cleanliness:
Keeping your work station clean at all times, as well as routine deep cleaning throughout the kitchen.
Efficient:
Understanding the details are what make the product.
Following recipe procedures, and plating instructions.
